Linda has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 15 years. She is one of our Scheduling Coordinators, greeting patients when they first arrive in the office. She is married, has 2 married children, and three grandchildren. Her free time is spent reading, going to the lake and spending time with family and friends.

Dee has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 20 years as a Scheduling Coordinator, assisting patients with all their appointments along with filing and pulling treatment charts. She is married and has 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She loves to read and knit.

Vickie has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 9 years. Although she has been our Financial/Insurance Coordinator she is currently one of our Scheduling/Treatment Coordinators, assisting patients with all their appointments along with assisting Dr Elrod with New Patient Exams and parent /patient treatment conferences. She is married, has one married son and 4 grandchildren. In her free time she likes reading, walking, day trips on her motorcycle, spending time with her grandkids and family.

Our Treatment Coordinators

Deanne has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 34 years. Although she began as a chair side assistant, then front desk and insurance coordinator she is currently one of our Treatment Coordinators, assisting Dr Elrod with New Patient Exams and parent/patient treatment conferences. She is married and likes to spend time with her family, is active in her church, working with the 4-6 year old Mission Friends Group, flower arranging and reading.

Lori has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 27 years. Although she began as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant she currently is our Treatment/Professional Relations Coordinator, assisting Dr Elrod with New Patient Exams, parent/ patient treatment conferences and working with our area general dental referral group. She is married, a mother of two boys, and an active leader in her church youth group. She loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling and treasure hunting at garage sales.

Our Financial/Insurance Coordinator
|
|
Jennifer has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 12 years. She is our Financial/Insurance Coordinator and takes care of our team in many ways. She files all insurance pretreatments, payment claims takes care of patient contracts and other financial needs of our practice. She loves reading and watching her three girls participate in a variety of sports activities. Two of her three girls are in orthodontic treatment.

Our Diagnostic Records Technician
|
|
Patti has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 27 years. She is our Diagnostic Records Technician who has received formal training in the exposure of dental x-rays along with expanded functions and is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant. She takes diagnostic records for treatment planning for Dr Elrod. Patti loves to cook, read and spend time with her two sons and grandkids.

Our Lab Technician

Cheryl has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 5 years. She is our Lab Technician, pouring up models and making retainers for patients. She is married, has a married son, and two terrific grandsons, one of which is currently in braces. She loves doing artwork, being creative whenever she can, photography, fishing, spending time with friends and is a practical joker.

Our Orthodontic Assistants

Sherri has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 24 years. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and has her expanded functions accreditations. She is our Chair side Coordinator as well as an Orthodontic Assistant in our office, assisting Dr Elrod in taking great care of our patients during their orthodontic treatment. She loves to shoot trap, go to the gun range and raise and show bulldogs.

Robin has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 23 years. She is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and has her expanded functions accreditations. She assists Dr Elrod in taking great care of our patients during their orthodontic treatment. She is married, likes to read, do craft projects, spend time with family, friends and her three cats, she loves to eat sweets and plant flowers in the spring.

Melinda -has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 5 years. She is one of our orthodontic assistants and has her expanded functions accreditations. She assists Dr Elrod in taking great care of our patients during their orthodontic treatment. She likes to spend time with loved ones, enjoys the outdoors and camping.

Tabitha has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 7 years. She is one of our orthodontic assistants and has her expanded functions accreditations. She assists Dr Elrod in taking great care of our patients during their orthodontic treatment. She enjoys shopping, DIY projects, reading, riding four wheelers and spending time with her family and friends.

Gabby has been part of Dr Elrod’s team for 5 years. Gabby is a Certified Dental Assistant, with her expanded functions accreditations. She is one of our orthodontic assistants and helps Dr Elrod in taking great care of our patients during their orthodontic treatment. She is married, with one son. She loves boating, being a mom, and working in her garden.
